Cloud version of all the add-ons listed above use JIRA Rest API to pull data from customer's JIRA Cloud instance in real-time.
Every request to the add-ons is validated using the JSON Web Token (JWT) passed from the JIRA Cloud Instance to the add-on.
The software for these add-ons is hosted on Linode cloud servers located in the Newark, NJ, USA datacenter.

AIO add-ons do not store any personally identifiable information in the cloud database. App accesses the user's email address real-time fromJira for sending scheduled reports via email (Applicable to AIO Reports and Timesheets / AIO Timesheets for Jira apps) and also for reporting and data exraction. User related information is pulled real-time using user's account ID which is a random alphanumeric string (for eg. 5adef207b076312e0e259b47) passed by Atlassian. This account ID is stored in the cloud database along with all the user related add-on preferences (such as report definitions, connector URL, selected fields, JQL, OAuth token etc.).

For AIO Reports and Timesheets for JIRA and AIO Timesheets for JIRA add-ons, the JIRA issues data is stored in our database only for the Published Reports. For non-published reports
For AIO Tableau Connector for JIRA and AIO Power BI Connector for JIRA add-on, none of the JIRA issues data is stored in our database permanently.

Only authorized people on the support team have access to cloud servers. Support team accesses the servers to troubleshoot any problems with the application.

The storage database is backed up once every day and the backups are retained for 30 days.
